About the Prints:

The prints are created with the Giclee process, pronounced “zhee-clay”. They are produced on watercolor papers, much like the original painting. This gives each piece a similar look and feel to an original work of art. Life-span estimates of Giclees by third party testing indicate over 150 years for pigment-based inks. It is recommended that you treat your Giclee prints the same as if it were an original watercolor.

To Order Prints Online:

Browse through the various categories in the gallery. If prints are available there will be an “add to cart” button at the bottom of the page. Click on the size you want and it will be added to your shopping cart. You can add as many items as you like to your cart. You can also remove items from your cart at any time.

Payments:

Click the “checkout” button when you are ready to make a secure online payment with PayPal. If you are not already a member of PayPal, it takes only a minute to fill in the basic information. It’s very easy. Upon submitting your payment, PayPal will email you a receipt of the transaction. Print prices include shipping and handling.

Shipping:

Your prints will be shipped through the US mail within five days of placing your order. You will receive an email confirmation from me when the prints have shipped. The address in your PayPal account is where they will be shipped unless you make a special request in the “notes” section of the PayPal order form. Make sure you give me the correct shipping address. All medium and large prints are mailed rolled-up into sturdy cardboard tubes to prevent creasing and mauling during the delivery. The small prints are mailed in sturdy cardboard lined envelopes.

All prints are guaranteed to be in good condition at the time of shipping. However, given the vagaries of the mailing process, I cannot guarantee that a print will arrive in perfect condition – therefore, upon purchase of a print, you agree not to hold me liable if it arrives in less than satisfactory condition, and to accept the print as-is. Refunds will only be granted if the prints have not yet been produced and mailed; you’ll be notified if the print will take longer than two weeks to be shipped for any reason.
